Adding external records allows Admins and Managers to keep tract of all training that a learner has done outside of their digital learning.
Role required: Site admin, Admin or Manager
Adding external records
- To add external records, go to People > Users
- Select user > History
- External records > Add external training - this button will open up a window with the following information:
- Course name
- Completion date
- Equals to - Link the external record to an equivalent course in your catalogue. This will enable the record to trigger workflows as if it was the linked catalogue course.
- This will then be added to the learner's history, for you to be able to monitor their progress.
