How do I reset my password?

Resetting your password if logged in

1. Select your account (the circle with your initials) on the menu bar at the top right of the page
2. Select My profile on the dropdown
3. Select Security on the left sidebar
4. Select Change password
5. Enter your current password and then type a new password which matches the below criteria:
   • 8 or more characters
   • Includes at least one:
     • lowercase letter
     • uppercase letter
     • special character (= + - ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? " ! @ # %  / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ `)
     • number
6. Re-type the new password in the field below.
7. Finally, select Save password to confirm the change and update your password. If you wish to stop changing your password, select Cancel.

Resetting your password if not logged in

1. Go to the Form LMS reset password page: https://app.melearning.co.uk/auth/reset-password
2. Enter your email address again and select Send reset code. You will receive an email with a reset code
3. On the reset password page, enter the reset code in the Verification code field and select Next step
4. Enter your new password in the New password and Confirm new password fields and select Confirm password.
5. You will then be redirected to the login page and you can login with your new password.
