A user profile is what gives someone access to a workspace. These profiles can be archived, after which they will no longer have access to that workspace. Re-activating an archived profile will give the user access again.

Re-activating an archived profile
- Find the archived user: By default the user list hides archived profiles, but you can access them by using filters. Go to the filter bar and select the status filter, then check the archived box to show archived profiles in the workspace.
- Re-activate profile: Click three dots menu then click Re-activate profile. Re-activating profiles will allow the user to access the workspace again. They will be able to see their completion history but they will not have previous uncompleted bookings or enrolments.
- Confirm re-activation: Click Re-activate profile to confirm. The profile will then be Active, giving the user access to the workspace using their existing credentials.
