A user profile is what gives a user their role, details and access within a workspace. If the user no longer needs or wants access to a specific workspace, their profile can be archived.
Role required: Site admin, Admin
Archive a user profile in workspace
Find a user: Access a workspace and go to People > Users. Use the search bar and filters to find the profile you need to archive.
Archive profile: Click three dots next to History then choose Delete profile.
Archiving a profile will cancel any active event bookings they have in that workspace.
Confirm: Click Delete profile to confirm, the user will then no longer have access to the workspace.
Find an archived user profile: By default the user list hides archived user profiles, however, you can filter for them. Go to the filter bar and select the status filter, then select Archived to show all archived profiles in the workspace.
