The Feedback report provides the ability to display all learner responses given at the end of their digital training.
Roles required: Site admin, Admin
Using the Feedback report
- Go to Reports, then click Create report.
- Name: type in the name you wish the report to display as, e.g. course specific etc..
- Description: Add any additional information in the Description field
- Reporting area: Select Feedback then select either Courses or Trainer. Select Courses if you want to report on feedback given by learners to courses. Select Trainer if you want to report on trainer feedback from events or sessions.
- Select columns: From the columns headings, listed directly below the heading of 2. Select columns menu, click the arrow to the right of the column name, to add the field to the report.
- Select filters: Click 'Add Filter'. Then, click in the text box, to see the available filters, e.g. Course name, then click the Filter type, either Equals or Contains, enter a matching word in the Value field, then click Confirm. E.g. the filter applied will show something like Course name Contains/Equals Safeguarding

- Once all fields/options are completed, click Save and run this shows all the fields chosen on the page, accordingly.
- Generate CSV: The report can now be exported into Excel, by clicking the Generate CSV button.
Note: This report is paginated and will only display 10 results per page, it will not display all results on one page.
