The Feedback report provides the ability to display all learner responses given at the end of their digital training.
Roles required: Site admin, Admin
Using the Feedback report
- To start building a report, go to Reports > Reports and select Create report.

Name: type in the name you wish the report to display as, e.g. course specific etc.

Description:If someone were to look at the information found in this report - i.e. What Feedback has been sent for GDPR training?

1. Select report: Select the type of report you need

- Select Course feedback if you want to report on feedback given by learners to courses.
- Select Trainer feedback if you want to report on trainer feedback from events or sessions.

2. Select columns: From the columns headings, listed directly below the heading of 2. Select columns menu and click the arrow to the right of the column name to add the field to the report.

3. Select filters: Click 'Add Filter'. Then, click in the text box, to see the available filters, e.g. Course name, then click the Filter type, either Equals or Contains, enter a matching word in the Value field, then click Confirm. E.g. the filter applied will show something like Course name Contains/Equals Safeguarding

Saving a report

- You can choose one of the following options when saving a report

Save and run - create and run reports on screen with a single click, maintaining the quick single-click functionality you're used to.

Save changes – save any changes to your report settings, report name or description without re-running the report, streamlining the editing process.

Generate CSV—This option allows you to Generate CSV files directly, enabling quick access to data insights without saving or running the report on screen. It is also useful for verifying your report settings before saving or scheduling.

Schedule report—You can now schedule a report directly from the report creation page, making it more convenient to create and schedule a report.

Note: This report is paginated and will only display 10 results per page, it will not display all results on one page.
