Form LMS reporting is designed to be simple and straightforward, with a clean interface, so you can find the information you need in a few simple clicks.
The reporting suite has dashboard reports and a report builder. Dashboard reporting shows data using simple graphs, designed to be uncomplicated. You can use it to gain quick insights into your organisation's learning activity. The report builder can be used to create tailored reports with detailed information, for example, if you need all training records from an organisation unit (to learn more about organisation units, click here).
The report builder is useful for when you need to deep-dive into data and can export your data as a .csv file, whereas the dashboard reports will present your data on screen as charts.
Note: Reports are currently split between the EBS (Event Booking System) and the LMS (Learning Management System) of Form. If you build your own courses, you can include an event as a module within the course, meaning it will show within the LMS side of reporting - see the course creation article for further guidance.
