Form LMS reporting is designed to be simple, with a clean interface, so you can find the information you need in a few simple clicks.
The reporting suite has two types of reports:
Dashboard reports

- Dashboard reporting shows data using simple graphs designed to be uncomplicated. It can help you gain quick insights into your organisation's learning activity.
- Dashboard reports will present your data on screen as pre-configured charts.
Reports - Report Builder

- The report builder (Reports ➡Reports ➡ Report Builder) is helpful for deep-dive data analysis, creating custom reports, and exporting data as a .csv file.
- The report builder can create tailored reports with detailed information, for example, if you need all training records from an organisation unit (learn more about organisation units).

Note: Reports are currently split between the LMS (Learning Management System) and EBS (Event Booking System) in Form. If you build your own courses, you can include an event as a module within the course, meaning it will show within the LMS side of reporting - see the course creation article for further guidance.
