Each user can have a combination of roles depending on where they are in the system. Each role gives a user certain permissions in the area they are accessing. Please view a breakdown of these roles below.
Workspace
Workspaces are separate spaces in your learning site, each workspace has their own set of users, courses and branding. For most organisations, one workspace will be enough, you can do everything you need to in a single workspace to achieve your training needs.
Admin
Has full access and all functionality.
Manager
Can manage users, enrolments and bookings for specified organisation units.
Learner
Can complete courses and download certificates.

Site admin
Site admin is a space which gives users a holistic view of their learning site - granting visibility across all workspaces and users. It can only be accessed by users with the ‘site admin’ role.

Trainer*
Can facilitate events and registers.
