When a user receives an invitation to a workspace, they will need to accept, or reject, the invitation and set up their account password.

Accepting an invitation to a workspace
- Accept invitation: When an administrator or manager invites a new user, the user will receive an email. They will then have the option to accept or reject the invitation, when the invitation is accepted the user will be taken to the Form sign-up page.
- Password: The user will be required to set up a password for their account. The password must be 8 characters long and include a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a special character and a number.
- Confirm password: Once the user has entered a password they must confirm it - for their own security copy and paste does not work for this.
- Sign up: When the user has finished entering their password, they select sign up and will be directed to the login page.
