Creating an Events bookings report

The Events bookings report is a filterable report that provides you with all booking data; including location, trainers, sessions etc, for all events within the accessed workspace. 

Roles required: Site admin

Using the Events report

  • Go to Reports > Report Builder, click Create Report



  • Enter a Name and Description
    • 1. Select report: Select the type of report you need - Event Bookings
    • 2. Select columns: From the columns headings, listed directly below the heading of 2. Select columns menu and click the arrow to the right of the column name to add the field to the report. These details can include the event and/or the sessions within it. 




  • Select filters, to filter the report, choose from the drop-down options, e.g. by Event
  • Saving a report
      • You can choose one of the following options when saving a report
        • Save and run - create and run reports on screen with a single click, maintaining the quick single-click functionality you're used to.
        • Save changes – save any changes to your report settings, report name or description without re-running the report, streamlining the editing process.
        • Generate CSV—This option allows you to Generate CSV files directly, enabling quick access to data insights without saving or running the report on screen. It is also useful for verifying your report settings before saving or scheduling.
        • Schedule report—You can now schedule a report directly from the report creation page, making it more convenient to create and schedule a report.
