Admins and managers have the ability to book Learners onto sessions. The Learner will receive an notification to confirm.
Role required: Site admins, Admins, Manager
Booking users onto an event as an Admin
- To book a learner onto an session, go to Catalogue → Events → [select an event] → [select a session] → Book people
- Booking users: Once you have selected all the users you wish to book onto the session, click Book people at the bottom right of the table. The selected users will now be booked onto the session and will receive an email notification to confirm, along with the session details. They can view this session in their My bookings dashboard.
- Selecting users: You can search the list of users to find specific learners. To select an individual learner, tick the checkbox next to their name, or to select all learners, tick the checkbox next to the header Name.

- To book a learner onto an session, go to Catalogue → Course → View the relevant course → Select Detail next to desired session → Book people
- Booking users: Once you have selected all the users you wish to book onto the session, click Book people at the bottom right of the table. The selected users will now be booked onto the session and will receive an email notification to confirm, along with the session details. They can view this session in their My bookings dashboard.
- Selecting users: You can search the list of users to find specific learners. To select an individual learner, tick the checkbox next to their name, or to select all learners, tick the checkbox next to the header Name.
