Once a learner has booked onto a session or been booked onto a session by Admins and managers, these bookings can be viewed in the Bookings page.
Role required: Site admin, Admin, Manager
View session bookings
To book a learner onto a session, go to Catalogue → Events → ⁝ (3 dot menu) next to the relevant Event → View sessions
Find relevant session date → ⁝ → View bookings
This will load all the current bookings for the session and show the number of spaces taken and available.
The key difference between the labels is whether the booking form was used when the learner booked or was booked onto a session.
NB: If an event has a booking form enabled and required, when bulk booking (via Admins/Managers), this booking form is bypassed.
Example
The example below shows the different types of bookings.
Blue box examples: The learners themselves or an Admin/manager booked the learner onto the sessions via a booking form that is active and required for this session.
Green box examples: The administrator or manager bulk-booked the learner into a session. (This would look the same if an event did not have booking forms enabled.)
A. The learner has booked themselves onto a course and session via a booking form. The booking form is available for admins to view and identify any special requirements.
B. This booking has been cancelled, either by the learner or the administrator.
C. Admin/Manager has booked this Learner onto a course and session. There is no booking form, as this was part of a bulk booking via the Admin.
D. This booking has been cancelled - either by the learner or the admin. There is no booking form, as this was part of a bulk booking via the Admin.
