Will all courses, whether face-to-face, virtual or digital show up on learner’s accounts and on reports?
Yes. Events sit within courses are visible on both learner accounts and reports.
Can learners’ book sessions?
Yes. Learners can book themselves onto sessions through the following steps:
If already enrolled to the course containing the desired event:
- Go to: My learning → My courses
- Find the desired course → select View
- For events within the course → select Book on the desired session
If not enrolled to the course containing the desired event:
- Go to: My learning → Browse courses
- Find the desired course → select View
- For events within the course → select Book on the desired session
- Select 'Book and enrol' on the popup
Can learners add booked sessions to their outlook calendars?
Yes. Both learners and trainers recieve calendar file with their booking emails which can be imported to their Outlook calendars.
Can admins and managers book learners directly on to sessions?
Yes. Admins and managers can book learners onto sessions.

What data will those with a Trainer role have access to?
Trainers can view the details of learners booked onto sessions they are the running. This includes first name, last name, email address and any data provided in the customised booking form at the time of the session booking.
